I’ve found that people can put in amazingly hard work … for a while.
It’s not that people are lazy – they just get worn out. And our current society seems to love adding more and more stress, especially mental.

What does your exit mean to the future of the business?
Most owners would like to see the company survive, and even thrive. After all, you’ve put your heart and soul and passion into it for years, even decades.
THIS TIME OF YEAR tends to get a bit slower for me. More reflective, thoughtful.
For others, it can be crazy season. Especially if you’re in retail.
But it’s still important to have a time when you can pull back from the details and look at the bigger picture.
