MY How to hear godSPIRITUAL LIFE can feel a bit dry at times.  I know this happens to most people, and it seems to be a part of the human experience that God needs us to learn from.

This time, I decided to try something new.  I’m reading a new book called How to Hear God by Lynne Lee.  It’s a challenge for me, so I’m taking it slowly, pondering and praying as I go along.

THERE’S a common complaint that I’ve talked with people about this week:  It’s so tough to find and hire employees who will have the right attitude in their work!  It’s relatively easy to judge whether someone has the skills and experience necessary, but how do you know whether they’ll fit in?

The answer is insanely straightforward:

  1. Identify the attitudes you’re looking for
  2. Interview around those attitudes
  3. Select based on attitudes more than the technical skills
