Some industries are getting more nervous.

Tariffs. Wars. Interest rates. Softer consumer confidence.

Likewise, leadership isn’t being without doubts. It’s acknowledging risk and issues, yet moving forward because it’s more important to move than to be stuck.

So it’s OK to struggle with that. We’re all human. But if it’s important to get your organization moving, well, make the decision. Get started.

Sure, you might have to change later. You might even … shudder … make a mistake!

But on the whole, it’s still probably more important to get moving.
