I know a lot of us have been feeling beat up by 2020. It’s been just brutal.

We might be relieved that this year will soon be in the rear view mirror.

But really, is that what it’s all about? Just surviving? Our passions and energy should be much more about impact in the world.

I know that a lot of people have examined their personal and professional priorities this year. And you’re extremely lucky if your business results this year bear ANY resemblance to your business plan.

But impact is important in every time and situation. Because that’s about being on the human journey.

Even if you’ve been forced to shut down for months and furlough employees, you can still do what you can. Maybe it’s a different kind of work. Perhaps you’ve done some volunteering.

But if it’s valuable for people and the community, it’s good.

Don’t beat yourself up!
