We’re always striving for more, for better. The important question is: When is enough?

I enjoyed this picture of the cat because animals are good at living in the moment. When we’ve had cats, there’s great joy in … just being together.

In your leadership role, you’re pushing people to strive for more. No problem with that. But do you ever give people time to be satisfied with what they’ve done?

Do you allow yourself satisfaction?

I encourage you to look for the things which are going RIGHT. The great things you’re able to do with limited resources. And to experience the joy in being where you are.

Then share that with the team, right?
